Tower Type 3 is 17 stories and contains 7 four-bedroom duplex units, 10 three-bedroom units, and 6 two-bedroom units. A series of light and dark green awnings provide shading and relate to the summer season and natural plantings in the neighborhood. Balconies allow for private outdoor experiences within each residential unit. Towers will be constructed from precast concrete to ensure a high degree of insulation and efficiency within the building façade.
