Tower type 1 is 13 stories and contains 3 four-bedroom duplex units, 13 three-bedroom units, and 3 two-bedroom units. Tower type 2 is 17 stories and contains 7 four-bedroom duplexes, 13 three-bedroom units, and 3 two-bedroom units. Tower Type 3 is 17 stories and contains 7 four-bedroom duplex units, 10 three-bedroom units, and 6 two-bedroom units.
