The
pipe system is carefully designed to minimize the length of pipeline while
maximizing the community access to the system. The system is allocated along
the major roads in the community for convenience of construction and
maintenance. The entrance of the system is placed on the west side of the site,
but is can be changed to either side depending on the location of the external
portable water supply line.
