A series of yellow and orange awnings provide shading and relate to the seasonal experience and natural plantings in the neighborhood. Balconies allow for private outdoor experiences within each residential unit. Towers will be constructed from precast concrete to ensure a high degree of insulation and efficiency within the building façade
