south site is programmed with three residential tower types that mix a series
of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units with ground floor commercial, public utility, and
storage spaces. Tower type 4 is 15
stories and contains 5 four-bedroom duplex units, 15 three-bedroom units, and 3
two-bedroom units. Tower type 5 is 15
stories and contains 5 four-bedroom duplexes, 9 three-bedroom units, and 8
two-bedroom units. These apartments are
similar to those planned on the south site.
